upside down frowns

I have a Smile plastered to my face

The things that make you feel depressed should also make you smile
in the face of sorrow the only appropriate response is realization which should lead to laughter

because there is no reason to be upset.. there is hilarity in everything.. especially in the worst circumstances.

sometimes you get confronted with a situation and your mouth drops into a long droning.."fuuuuccccccckkkkkk" which , in my case, is followed by a long droning " shiiiiiiittttttt"
then of course the " that suckkkkkkkssss"

but the fact that this terrible situation is so depressing makes it so fun and hilarious!
i must sound crazy but when it comes down to it there is never a reason to feel down.. you must expect a lesson from every situation.. learning a lesson is always a cause for joy!

here's an excerpt from the book i'm reading 'Shambhala the sacred path of the warrior' by Chogyam Trungpa

-For the warrior, letting go is not based on getting away from the constraints of ordinary life. It is quite the opposite. it is going further into your life, because you understand that your life, as it is, contains the means to unconditionally cheer you up and cure you of depression and doubt-

BAM!
isn't that amazing!?

so just laugh it off, smother it in sillyness and realize that that's the way it's gona be..you'll definitely learn something.

"fuuuuuuuuccckkkkkk. i wana go to da Niagara fallssss THAT PLACE IS SO ROMANTIC! WTF! lol
closest thing i got is my leaky ass bathroom
*sad puppy dog face*
shiiiiiiiitttttttt"

I'm such a weirdo for BURSTING in laughter at my own inside jokes... definitely meant to date no one other than myself for a while.
