Hope to god this gets published

I have to publish an article in order to pass my first year of journalism... so i did a review.. quick and easy.. like myself. now let's hope the following gets published or else....

Maybe it’s the pot of coffee I drank this morning but as soon as the pop rocky sounds of Starfuckers debut album started blasting out of my computer speakers, I honestly started swinging my head from side to side, Carlton Sheffield style. Starfuckers have a happy, foot taping pop sound to them. Their vocals are high pitched and whiny sounding. They replace this lack of articulation with good synth sounds and a strong foundation of drums and guitar. Whatever their whining about at least the beats are catchy. Their band is comprised of 4 young dudes from Portland Oregon. The 4th song on their CD entitled “laadeedaa” sounds strangely like Family guys “rock lobster” b-52 tribute track, only more up tempo and with additional whining. How could you not get up and dance to that sound? ROCK LOBSTER! And guess what! You’ll have the chance to do just that when they come to Montreal on April 19th at ll motore with Guidance Counselor (a ghetto glam duo also from Portland Oregon). Rumors abound say that both bands put on quite the show…youtube it. Their CD cover, Music videos, and their overall sound is very much comparable to a good hallucinogenic trip, complete with flying manta rays, astronauts and multi colored diamonds. You know what… I’ll even go as far as to suggest this CD to you; reader. Hop on the next flying manta ray and go out and find yourself a copy, not only will it put you in a good mood but I guarantee if you have watched the Family Guy rendition of “Rock Lobster” then as soon as you hear that “laadeedaa” track you will yell out ROCK LOBSTER!!!!!
